Web Admin Panel
- Media replaces the Images section and now holds videos as well as images, with a filter by type and a 2 MB limit per file.
- A dedicated Icons section manages product group and allergen icons, each with a name per language.
- The dashboard gained Last 7 / 30 / 90 days and a Custom date range, a Top Seller by Device card, and a Sales by product group section for establishments running several counters.
- VAT tickets can be sent to a client by email or downloaded as a PDF from a closed account, for up to 48 hours after it was closed.
- QR codes for all tables can be downloaded in one ZIP archive.
- Product import runs through a five-step guided import with four modes, including inter-establishment duplication and updating existing products.
- Product groups gained Manage sub-groups, Expand / Collapse all and a group search.
- Shift statistics gained a Parent Groups breakdown, CSV export per table, and a jump from a user straight to their accounts.
- The establishment address is now entered through an address search with suggestions.
- Star printers can be given their model.
- New Hide cashbox button and Groups Dashboard user abilities.
- Order confirmation emails can be copied to you in BCC.
- A redesigned login page and settings page, with a tooltip on every setting.
POS App
- A provisional bill no longer closes the account in the Belgian SCE-certified version: orders, promotions, offers, error payments and moves all remain possible afterwards, and the summary prints without a confirmation step.
- Error payments are available in the certified version, on the items you select and provided they are not already paid.
- Refunds get their own account, separate from the table, and are settled by cash or card. Items that were cancelled or reversed cannot be refunded.
- The cash drawer opens on a certified VAT print only when the account actually involved cash.
- Compressed tickets print VAT and summary tickets in a compact layout using less paper, with no information left out. Enabled per establishment.
- Corrected lines no longer clutter the ticket: a cancelled, re-priced or moved item and the negative line cancelling it are both left off the VAT and summary tickets, and off the digital VAT ticket PDF. Both remain fully recorded for fiscal purposes.
- Offered payments are available in the Belgian SCE-certified version, under the usual abilities. Customer credit remains unavailable there.
- Promotions on tickets now show the original price with the deduction underneath, carrying the same VAT label and printed at the same size as the price line.
- Tickets are cut with a partial cut, which cuts reliably on printer models not supplied by Posbel.
- Move several items at once to another table or account, and merge takeaway accounts from the accounts list.
- Shifts open and close automatically in the certified version, with an email to the establishment when an automatic closing fails.
- Portrait orientation is supported across ordering, shift management, client data and order details.
- Failed card payments now show the message reported by the terminal.
- Refunds can be paid out through a cash machine, creating a refund account from the items you select.
- A payment terminal application running on the same tablet can be used.
- Table plans work without zones, with a Plan chip on the Home screen to open them; the All tab is hidden when a single zone already covers every table.
- Product groups show a subgroup count when they hold no products of their own, the first subgroup is selected automatically, and hidden products and groups are excluded from counters, search and the letter filter.
- Product options at their choice limit can still be deselected.
- The Z report can include a product-by-product section, switched on per establishment; the decrease of turnover section is printed on the X report as well, and reports the total discount granted.
- The Open Register button can be hidden per user.
Kitchen Display
- Cancelled items turn red with a CANCELLED chip and an alert sound plays, on the screens that show the affected products.
Kiosk
- Disable Cash and Disable Card can now be set on a kiosk in the Belgian SCE-certified version, so a certified kiosk can run card-only.
- An optional shop selection screen at the start of an order, for venues with several counters — showing only the shops currently open.
- An optional buzzer number step, printed on the ticket as B followed by the number.
- The kiosk returns to the start screen after 5 minutes of inactivity.
